A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that guests will be asked to present their credit card upon check-in for pre-authorisation. Kindly note the guests are liable for any damages made to the property by themselves during their stay, and will be charged for damages if necessary.
