Recently built, Residence Pineta consists of three buildings that recreate the typical atmosphere of Tuscan farmhouses. Located in the coastal area between Porto Santo Stefano and Talamone, it is immersed in a vast pine forest with direct access to the sea via an internal pathway. The Residence welcomes you in a pleasant setting, where comfort and tranquillity merge with the relaxing atmosphere of the surrounding pine forest. Crossing the pine forest leads to a fine sandy beach overlooking the crystal-clear sea between the capes of Talamone and Argentario. Our beach service guarantees every comfort, with the possibility of bar service on request. The complex offers: - bar (with apartment service or on the beach) - reception (8:30 am - 12:30 pm / 2:30 pm - 7:30 pm) - Pineta Restaurant - breakfast service included, at the table or in the apartment - free Wi-Fi - free reserved parking -equipped beach with an umbrella and two sunbeds per apartment - playground and garden - fenced area for your pets - 3-hectare park - bicycle rental (available upon request for a fee) The apartments, spread across the three buildings, are elegantly designed to provide maximum comfort. Located on the ground floor or first floor, some with an outdoor space (veranda or balcony), they are equipped with: - tv - internal telephone - air conditioning - free Wi-Fi - concealed cooktop with cookware - kettle - refrigerator - one umbrella and two sunbeds on the beach for each apartment - safe - bathroom with a shower and hairdryer - bed and bath linen - courtesy kit Your four-legged friends are welcome, with a supplement of € 7 per day for cleaning. Small and medium-sized dogs are allowed, and they should be kept on a leash in common areas, but can run and play freely in the enclosed area within the park. According to municipal regulations, they are not allowed on the beach, but a pet-friendly beach is located just a few kilometres away. Located within the residence, the 'Ristorante Pineta' is a pleasant place that distinguishes itself by its warm welcome and customer care. Linked to culinary traditions and specialising in seafood cuisine, the restaurant offers authentic and genuine dishes. Due to its location, the Residence is the ideal place for those looking for a relaxing beach vacation, as well as those seeking the liveliness of tourist centres in Monte Argentario or those who want to explore the numerous villages in the hinterland. We like it because it includes in the fees: - electricity, water, daily change of bath and bed linen, use of common areas, Wi-Fi, parking (max 1 per apartment), one beach umbrella and two sunbeds on the beach (per apartment), and daily apartment cleaning. Mandatory costs to be paid on-site: - tourist tax to be paid on-site according to the rates of the Municipality of Orbetello. Additional optional services available upon request and to be paid on-site - pets allowed, € 7 per day for cleaning; small and medium-sized dogs allowed on a leash in common areas; not allowed on the beach due to municipal regulations. - baby cot: available upon request, with a supplement of € 15 per day.
