This charming 19th-century villa has a quiet location 2 km outside Alghero's historic centre. It is 250 metres from both the sandy beach of Maria Pia and the bus stop for Alghero Fertilia Airport. Villa Maria Pia offers comfortable rooms with original arched windows and high beamed ceilings. Some rooms have a sea view, others overlook the surrounding greenery. The villa is just 10 minutes' drive from Alghero Fertilia Airport, easily reached by the airport shuttle bus.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Food & beverage services at this property may be limited or unavailable due to Coronavirus (COVID-19). Rooms are set over 2 floors and the villa does not have a lift. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. From 11.30 am to 1 pm the check in is available with a member of the staff. From 1 pm the self check in will be available.
