Villa Campo Di Fiore is a two floors villa, with ceiling and cellar.
At ground floor a big kitchen fully furnished, a sitting room with a big fireplace and TV, a dinning room and a service bathroom. Taking the stairs at the entrance of the villa you will reach the living room on the first floor, provided also of a loft that, in the past, was used as reading area. From the living room you can reach the bathroom and 4 bed rooms: 2 bedrooms with two single beds each, one bedroom with single bed ("French size", an half-way between a single bed and a double bed), one bedroom with double bed and on suite bathroom&toilette. Cradle available. Some bedrooms are decorated with frescoes from 18th century: the ceiling of one of the double bedrooms has a fresco representing the 4 seasons, other bedrooms have traces of previous frescoes still visible.
The private park around the villa is made up of many terraced gardens, each one with characteristics that make them unique. Located in front of the villa there are two historical gardens recognizable from the walls that surround them along with the remaining terraced gardens, all of these complete whit garden furniture. Within these latter gardens there is the private above ground swimming pool, open from June 15th to September 15th. On these same premises one also has the BBQ area, complete of barbecue (fixed and mobile) and wood oven that allows you to cook fun meals like bread, pizza, meat.
We offer a singular experience of Tuscan countryside living, genuine and ideal to fulfill your holiday dreams.
You will have full and exclusive access to the villa, its private park around and the swimming pool.
Your hosts Gianni and Alessandra live in the neighboring cottage, relatively sculptor and painting restorer they are always at hand but never interfering. Available for any need and request, ready to advise you regarding the locations you may want to visit, or simply the best place for you to go and eat.
Villa Campo Di Fiore is placed under Parco Lignano's Natural Park.
Hills and trees surround the area, the few nearby houses do not overlook at the inside of the property.
The village of Rigutino is 1.5 km away, where essential services are available (supermarket, bakery, grocery store, pharmacy, 2 restaurants).
Castiglion Fiorentino, Cortona, Arezzo, Lucignano are only some of the destinations within 10 to 40 minutes by car. Historical destinations for art and architecture. During the summer numerous musical, cinematic, theatrical and, as always, culinary festivals, animate the evenings of the province.
The area of Arezzo also offers horseback riding, natural spas and spa facilities, mountain rivers where to swim, lakes and river fishing, climbing walls and much more.
Villa Campo Di Fiore is reachable by Public Transportation from Cortona's train station with bus n° LFS6 and bus n° L11 from Arezzo's train station. The buses stops in Rigutino, then it is just 1.5km by walk (for particular needing, ask to us).
For those who come by car, reach Rigutino and then follow the indication for Parco Di Lignano. After 1.5 km turn right in correspondence of a majesty and then, after a left slope, turn right in the first dirt road with the open green gate.
Villa Campo Di Fiore has hosted for 40 years, keeping the memory of the place and it's beauty alive in the heart of the people who stayed here.
