We are at 300m from the sea and the beach of Marina di Bibbona, well known seaside resort with a magnificent pinewood. Residence Habitat is a modern structure situated near the town centre. Two splendid pinewoods are near the Residence, the ideal for biking, promenade, delightful picnic or simply relaxing in the shade of the pinewoods.
The littoral is formed by large sandy beaches, wonderful place for a family holiday where the children will enjoy playing in the sand. The Residence Habitat offers an holiday in apartment to enable you to enjoy your stay in total liberty without any obligation.
The apartments are modern and functional with all principal services, terrace or veranda for meals outside. If you like biking we suggest to bring your own bicycle, the Residence Habitat has a special room where you can leave your bike. Wi-fi is available in all the common areas (not in apartment), no lift available.
The swimming pool is free of charge for the guests from 9.00 to 13.30 and from 15.30 to 19.30, bathing cap is obligatory for the respect of the guests. ( pool open from 10.06 to 09.09) Some services in the structure will make your stay more pleasant such as: coin operated washing machine soap included (to reserve, in advance, directly in Residence), facilities to dry the washing in each apartment. In the Commercial Centre (where is the reception) you will find a rotisserie with local dishes and take away, various foods, tobacconist and bancomat (ATM). Don’t forget to put in your suitcase: hair dryer, toilet paper, linen for the kitchen and for the persons who have necessities, iron.
Even though the apartments situated on the ground floor have easy access for persons on wheelchair carrying an handicap, the hygienic services are not conform with the security norms for invalids. COSTS TO BE PAID ON THE SPOT - small size pets: € 50,00 per week - Deposit: € 150 per apartment. - Tourist tax: € 1 per person for a maximum of 30 days starting from 14 years. Additional optional services on request to be paid locally - Bed linen and towels: € 15 per person per change - Bed linen: € 10 per person per change - Bath linen: € 10 per person per change - Cot with sides: € 20 per week (no supplement for cot brought by the customer - max 1 per apartment). The pool will be open from 11th June!
