Residence Cala Viola is a small structure situated in Sos Alinos at 12km from Orosei . The sea and the beautidul fine sandy beach situated in one of the most suggestive places of Orosei Gulf is at only 1200m. The Residence has only 35 apartments surrounded by a green nature, and offers: - reception (from 04.06 to 10.09 open from h 08.00 to 22.00, other periods 09.00-13.00-17.00-20.00) - small playground for children - bar with air conditioned - pool with whirlpool area and solarium equipped with parasols and sun beds - private unguarded parking adjacent the structure - wi-fi at the pool and in the adjacent area. The Residence does waste sorting and has specific bins for this purpose. The apartments are set on 3 floors (ground floor, first and second floor) and have: - equipped patio with parasol or covered balcony/veranda or space equipped with table and chairs. - tv lcd - bathroom and hair dryer - air conditioned - telephone for internal use - safe A bus stop leading to the most beautiful beaches of Cala Liberotto is at only 100m from the Residence, but they can also be reached walking or with your own means. Included in the price : - final cleaning - electricity, gas and water - bed and bath linen and courtesy set (bed/bath linen change every 7 days - air conditioned - pool and wi-fi COSTS TO BE PAID ON THE SPOT - Tourist tax: not in force at the moment. - Deposit: € 200 per apartment to be returned at the end of the stay after a check of the condition of the apartment.
