We are in the heart of the Etruscan Coast where you breath the sea, the countryside, the history, this is the Maremma countryside, the one of the Butteri and the gentle hills. Le Corte di Montepitti Residence is set in this beautiful surrounding immersed in the typical mediterranean bushes.
The Residence is at a short distance from the characteristic village of Suvereto, antique medieval jewel, rich of culture and history, one of the most beautiful of Italy.
Nearby, for those who wish to spend a day by the sea, there are some splendid beaches along the tuscan littoral some are free others are private beaches. You just can't be bored as numerous services and activities are organised by our staff always attentive to your exigences.
For those who prefer sport there is a volleyball and football x 5 field, ping pong for those whom prefer fun there are various animations. The little ones will be looked after during the games and activities organised by the mini and junior club animators.
The residence has 2 swimming pools (included in the rate) one for adults the other one for children, a large solarium with parasol, sunbeds to relax in the sun enjoying a nice book or a long drink; at night, exceptional events, organised fun activities.
At Le Corti the apartments furniture is typical poor Tuscan style, the materials used wood and terracotta blend perfectly with the structure.
The apartments are simple but have all the most important commodities, some have a covered patio or a garden, others a large, covered balcony, ideal solutions to enjoy meals outside.
No problems on arrival: in the rates are included gas, electricity, water costs, bed and bathroom linen, courtesy set, air conditioning, the use of the 2 swimming pools, sport fields, mini and junior club open from early July to early September, various animations, barbecue to enjoy with friends and family, parking, final cleaning. A small supplement is required for your 4 legs friends. COSTS TO BE PAID ON THE SPOT Tourist tax € 1.50 per person up to a maximum of 10 days, children up to 15 years of age are excluded (2021) Deposit (mandatory) € 100.00 per apartment + € 10.00 for the access chip.
