Podere Tre Cipressi Country Resort has a quiet location along the wine route, Strada dei Vini della Val di Cornia, in Tuscany's unspoilt Maremma area. It offers comfortable apartments and a garden with pool and BBQ. Each apartment has a rustic yet elegant design. You will find tiled floors, wooden furniture and beamed ceilings. Apartments overlook the garden and feature a living room with satellite TV and fully equipped kitchenette. Tre Cipressi provides free parking and also has a coin-operated laundry room. The swimming pool is open between May and September. Set between Riotorto and San Lorenzo, the property is 10 minutes' drive from Campiglia Marittima. The nearest beach is just 5 km away, while restaurants and shops are within a 3 km radius.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Wellness pool is closed from Tue 20 Sept 2022 until Sat 20 May 2023 A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Check-in outside of the stated times is available on request only. Heating and airconditioning are extra charged when used.The exact amount will be calculated at check-out based on consumption.
