Casalecchio is an upscale, historical neighbourhood, full of trendy shops and restaurants located along the beautiful Reno river, replete with river walks and bridges for leisurely and scenic strolling. During the summer there is a nice sandy beach for sunbathing, with volleyball, kayaking, bike paths and other recreational sports. Across from the house is one of the largest commercial centers of Bologna area, including more than five restaurants, a wonderful movie theater, gym, large grocery stores, great shopping as well as spa, hairdresser, beauty and sports shops. Our luxury condo is located in the center of a large park and rose garden, with playgrounds, basketball, soccer fields and plenty of places to jog or dog walk.
It's very close to the airport and to Bologna centre.
Also close to the highway and train station.

The apartment is easily accessible by car, with plenty of free parking. The exit is Casalecchio di Reno meridiana, by highway. The Casalecchio train station is two minutes walk from the house, the stop Garibaldi. This train comes every 15-30 minutes and will take you to Bologna centrale in 12 minutes for the cost of 1.50 euros. From Bologna centrale you can reach Venice, Florence, Milan all throughout the day. Close to the airport and the Bologna hills and just 8 km from the 2 towers. The bus also stops every 2 minutes directly in front of the house.
It's also very near (15 km) to the beautiful countryside called Valsamoggia full of vineyards.
