They are furnished with solid wood furniture and every comfort, including: - kitchenette equipped with utensils - oven - refrigerator - satellite TV - bed linen and towels - shower facilities - only ground-floor apartments have a private outdoor space equipped with a table and chairs Your four-legged friends are welcome (up to 20kg), with a supplement of €15 per day for cleaning. The Casale di Castagneto Carducci is the ideal place for a seaside and relaxing holiday. Thanks to an agreement with the Miramare restaurant, you can enjoy typical Tuscan cuisine in front of the sea. Being close to the Via Aurelia, the complex can be the starting point of many trips in Tuscany to discover the main cities and small villages such as Castagneto Carducci, Bolgheri and Donoratico. Thanks to its proximity to entertainment parks and the various nature reserves in the area, you can enjoy pleasant experiences and adventures. We like it because it's included in the rates: - electricity, water, gas consumption, weekly change of bed and bath linen, use of the pool and common areas, Wi-Fi in common areas on the ground floor, parking Mandatory costs to be paid on-site: - tourist tax to be paid on-site according to the rates of the Municipality of Donoratico - deposit of €200 per apartment to be paid in cash on-site at check-in - final cleaning fee of €50 to be paid at check-out - customer's responsibility for cleaning the kitchenette, or a supplement of €30 Additional optional services available upon request, to be paid on-site: - additional camping bed per apartment (to be requested at the time of booking) €15 per day - pool towel rental (the use of a towel for the sun loungers is mandatory) €5 each - extra linen change (bed and bath) €30 per person - small and medium-sized pets (up to 20 kg) allowed, supplement of €15 per day for cleaning
