Surrounded by olive groves and natural beauty, the villa has two acres of well-kept gardens and private space with a fantastic view of the Tuscan hill town; Castiglion Fiorentino.Recently renovated to create an environment that is modern and welcoming satisfying both the needs of children and adults alike. Villa Carla's gardens and grounds are a spacious well-kept oasis. Arriving at the villa, you drive through the olive grove to the parking areas adjacent to the house. The villa is arranged on one floor and accommodates up to 6 guests and overlooks the beautiful private swimming pool (11 x 5 m - maximum depth: 1.80 m - open from May to mid-October) complete with deckchairs, sun-loungers and umbrellas to enjoy the Tuscan sun in a tranquil setting. Outside the villa is a lovely and spacious veranda - perfect for al fresco dining. It is equipped with a table and benches and has a brickwork barbecue. The veranda is completed with a small sitting area with a sofa and armchairs.In addition to the beautiful gardens and private pool, there is lots of space to enjoy. There is a five-a-side football and a beach volley court that will give carefree moments to your children and why not, even to the adults!
