Villa Malú has a unique vantage point with a large private garden with spectacular views of the Aeolian Islands, which can be seen from the villa’s very own private heated pool with hydro-massage for 6 guests (10mx5m & 1.5m depth). Accommodation at Villa Malú is all in one floor. The main entrance takes into a welcoming open-concept space comprising a cosy living room area with a large sofa-bed and Ambilight TV, a dining area and a fully-equipped traditional kitchen. At one end of the living room leads to a romantic double bedroom with en-suite shower room, whirlpool bath and direct access to the pool. The Villa is completed by three bedrooms, a snug Master bedroom, which has its own en-suite with bath and direct access to the pool, and a double and twin sharing an adjacent shower room with washing machine. Wi-fi and air-con are also available throughout the entire property. If required, central heating is available for the winter months.
Pool heating is available for an additional cost of only £149 per week, payable in advance. The pool area is equipped with six bamboo sun loungers with matching side tables, where you can relax and enjoy the warm weather, plus an outdoor sink and shower. This property has a large front yard at the entrance, suitable or parking up to 3 cars. The garden has an abundance of beautiful trees filled with fruit (to pick should you choose), beautiful palms and ancient olive trees surrounded by the tranquil countryside. The garden is not over-looked by any other property therefore as well as soaking up the sun, you can revel in the luxury of total privacy. There is also a veranda with an outside wooden table which can accommodate ten people and a barbecue where you can admire the sun ...
