The area is very calm with greenery on the doorstep. It consists of a kitchen-living room with a sofa, a bedroom with a balcony (double bed and the possibility of adding a cot) and a bathroom. The house is provided with all facilities including a working fireplace and wood stove.We like to welcome you as if you were friends; for any eventuality we are available the style is of the 50s and 60s, and with all useful comforts. Great for a weekend getaway, but also for long periods, if you need to relax, and also for those who have to do Smart working and want to do it in a rural context(powerful Wi-fi). It is suggestive to light the fire and enjoy it with a cup of tea during winter. If you don't know how to light it up ... we will teach you. Fresh and sunny in summertime, you don’t want to miss swimming at the river( nearby) 50 meters away there is a parking space. The apartment is at the first floor Access is from a private road where no cars pass and you can walk or sit on the bench just outside. The geographical position in the center of Molise makes it an excellent home base for touring everything there is to see in our beautiful region and our unique countryside. From the sea to the mountains
