Also as you may know In Italy the parking is always a bit narrow so if your car is very wide then you May face some challenge when you park. As a backup plan there is pay parking available in the area.

Personal receiption service on arrival . Speak English / Italian / mandarin or Cantonese . Breakfast can be provided as requested by additional 5euro per person or dinner at 10 euro of two course with desserts ( vegan or vegetarian options available) ! A la carta menu changes by seasonal availability fresh ingredients in markets . We also provide cooking lesson for Asian fusion style cuisine or Italian tranditional cuisine ( need couple days booking ahead ) .
15ms walking distance to Como lake side and villa olmo . 10ms driving distance to city center . Within 500ms there is supermarkets and public bus station ( line 1/ line 7/ line 71 ) which connect the Como San Giovanni Train station to the apartment .

Parking space is not always guaranteed! Due to its free parking on side street. We are non smoking and strictly against smoking in our space. Those who violate the rules may face up to 200euro compensation bill for smoke cleaning fee.
