It consists of a large and bright living room with double French sofa bed and single armchair bed (which can be moved to the double bedroom if necessary) with access to the furnished terrace, fully equipped kitchen, large double bedroom, bathroom and free private parking space. A baby-kit consisting of a crib, high chair and bathtub is available free of charge upon request. This apartment with a lovely view of the lake and the Monte Rosa massif is perfect for any family. It is just a few minutes' drive from beaches where you can enjoy water sports or rent motorboats and from mountain trails for pleasant walks or more challenging hikes. It is located in a quiet area surrounded by greenery and tranquility. Within minutes you will find supermarkets, stores, bars, restaurants and pizzerias. Tennis courts, indoor and outdoor swimming pools with slides, riding stables, bike park, and mountain trails are within easy reach. There is also the possibility of practicing sports such as surfing, rowing, costal rowing, sailing or water skiing. With a little luck from the terrace you may happen to see wild animals such as deer, roe deer or wild boar. On the other hand, if you feel like immersing yourself in nature, you can pick blueberries at the Rossi farm a few meters from the house. The apartment has a safe deposit box.
