Room in apartment with kitchen and bathroom in Piazza Dalmazia, near the centre. Large green terrace and equipped kitchen. The location is perfect, close to the tram which takes you to the center in just 15 minutes. Nearby you will find a variety of restaurants: pizzerias, Chinese, sushi, kebab, minimarket, theater and cinema. Florence Rifredi station 5 min walk away. The countryside is easily accessible for pleasant walks. Quiet area, full of services for a comfortable and practical stay.
The space
The apartment has a large green terrace, interesting furnishing items and is mainly white and bright.
Guest access
Feel free to use every space in the house, I only ask that you be respectful, for example by throwing waste correctly (plastic in plastic, paper in paper, etc.) and that you don't destroy the house!:) Be the guests everyone would like to have!
During your stay
Please remove your shoes at the entrance, as is customary in Eastern and Northern Europe, you will find comfortable slippers in the shoe rack. For the rest, use the house as if it were your own and keep it clean.
