Spacious and spacious house located in a very strategic area, just 10 min away from the historical Florentine center and Florence airport .
At the same distance we also find the Santa Maria Novella train station and the Cascine Park: the fabulous green lung of Florence.

The house with its very high ceilings and generous square footage 140 m2 is arranged on 2 levels:
On the lower floor we find the living area formed by a charming living room where to end a relaxing evening in the company of a good movie thanks to the smart TV 40'', a bathroom and a livable kitchen with a large oval table where you can enjoy a dinner in the company of friends, to indulge yourself at the stove or where you can make a business meeting.
Equipped with all comforts and all the necessary appliances of the latest generation such as dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, American coffee carafe, toaster, etc...

On the upper floor we find the sleeping area, where we can spend intimate moments, with a master bedroom with a classic style that plunges us into the past and a second bright room where we can enjoy the morning sun, a bathroom and a study, which gives the privacy needed to realize our own projects and dreams thanks to the 200Mbps fiber...ideal for smart working!

The 2 very bright and spacious bathrooms offer the courtesy kit with shampoo and bubble bath, as well as appliances such as hair dryer, washing machine, iron and clothesline to have everything you need even for long periods.

In addition to the Welcome kit you will find towels of various sizes, blankets, pillows, sheets and comforters.

Completing the house are new fixtures that insulate from outside noise, constant daily brightness, and excellent air recirculation thanks to 2 free opposite sides

The spaciousness, harmony of colors and tranquility provide a pleasant and gracious environment, a place where you can feel at home even on vacation, business or leisure trips.

Guests will have total access to all areas of the accommodation, which offers a garden entrance where they can enjoy a good coffee while sitting outdoors.

The house has private fenced parking in the back(small and medium cars) so you can park your own vehicle, or use the free street parking.

Ampia e spaziosa casa situata in una zona molto strategica, a soli 10 min di distanza dal centro storico Fiorentino e dall'aeroporto di Firenze .
Alla medesima distanza troviamo anche la stazione ferroviaria Santa Maria Novella e il Parco delle Cascine: il favoloso polmone verde di Firenze.

Un alloggio dal design singolare caratterizzato da uno stile retrò dotato di tutte le comodità necessarie a rendere piacevole il soggiorno.

La casa con i suoi soffitti altissimi e dalla metratura generosa 140 m2 è disposta su 2 livelli:
Al piano inferiore troviamo la zona giorno formata da un’incantevole salotto dove concludere una serata rilassante in compagnia di un buon film grazie alla smart tv 40’’, un bagno ed una cucina abitabile con un ampio tavolo ovale dove poter gustare una cena in compagnia di amici, per sbizzarrirsi ai fornelli o dove poter effettuare una riunione lavorativa.
Dotata di tutti i comfort e di tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari d’ultima generazione come lavastoviglie, forno, frigorifero, microonde, macchina del caffè Nespresso, bollitore, caraffa caffè americano, tostapane ecc…

Al piano superiore troviamo la zona notte, dove poter trascorrere dei momenti di intimità, con una camera padronale dallo stile classico che ci tuffa nel passato ed una seconda camera luminosa dove godere del sole mattutino, un bagno ed uno studio, che regala la privacy necessaria per realizzare i propri progetti e i propri sogni grazie alla fibra da 200Mbps...ideale per lo smart working!

I 2 bagni molto luminosi e spaziosi offrono il kit di cortesia con shampoo e bagno schiuma, oltre agli elettrodomestici come asciugacapelli, lavatrice, ferro da stiro e stendino per avere tutto il necessario anche per lunghi periodi.

In più al Welcome kit troverete a disposizione asciugamani di varie misure, coperte, cuscini, lenzuola e piumoni.

Completano la casa gli infissi nuovi che isolano dai rumori esterni, una costante luminosità giornaliera, ed un ottimo ricircolo d’aria grazie a 2 lati opposti liberi

Gli ampi spazi, l'armonia dei colori e la tranquillità offrono un ambiente piacevole e grazioso, un posto dove sentirsi a casa anche in vacanza, in viaggio per lavoro o svago.

Gli ospiti avranno totale accesso a tutte le aree dell’alloggio, che offre un ingresso con giardino dove poter gustare un buon caffè seduti all’aria aperta.

La casa è dotata di parcheggio privato recintato sul retro(auto piccole e medie) per poter parcheggiare il proprio mezzo, oppure usufruire del parcheggio gratuito in strada.
