The terrace is fitted with a large table and seats that can accommodate up to 6 people, 1 large umbrella, 2 sunbeds, 1 plain air shower, one big barbecue, one hammock. In addition is available upon request a pool for kids. Next to the terrace there is a small relax living room with sofa perfect for reading or enjoy aperitifs with local food and wine. The house has large windows so is very bright, 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed, one with 2 single beds that can be joint into one double), 1 living room with American kitchen with a double sofa bed, armchairs, table and seats running along the house. Every room is connected to a terrace running all around the house fitted with table and sets, a sofa and 2 armchairs, tent. The bathroom is equipped with shower. The house has its own private parking place in a closed area with assigned number. The house is provided of internet wi-fi, heating, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine (on the terrace), hairdryer, small iron & board kit, tv etc. We have an agreement with the beach-restaurant-coffee club next to the apartment, one of the best in the area. They have an English grass area (panoramic), sandy beach protected by barriers with shallow warm water perfect for kids, a small playground area a pizzeria, local sea food and meet restaurant opened for lunch as well and cafe.
