The Unterkantiolerhof enjoys a quite position with views of the Geislerspitzen Mountain, and 500 metres to the bus stop connecting with the Santa Magdalena ski slopes and valley. The self-catering apartments offer views of the valley or the mountain. Each apartment features a balcony and free Wi-Fi. The units are comprised of a bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and TV. On the ground floor there is a communal room with books and toys for kids. The garden is equipped with sun terrace, tables and chairs, childens' playground and table tennis. Free BBQ facilities are also available. The stalls with cows, chicken and pigs are located within the estate and you can watch the milking in the morning. You can buy fresh milk, eggs, homemade cheese and yoghurt.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform Unterkantiolerhof in advance of your expected arrival time.
