The apartment is completely renovated, is located on the third floor served by an elevator, and opens onto a large and bright living area with double access to the balcony, furnished with a peninsula sofa, dining table, television and open kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven and kettle. This is followed by the sleeping area, consisting of a comfortable and spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed and a third balcony access. Finally, an elegant bathroom with shower stall and green tiled walls completes the layout of the apartment.
