We are immersed in the greenery and nature of the Tuscan countryside, between Mediterranean scrub and secular olive trees, a few km from the beautiful beaches of Cecina Mare, Rosignano and Donoratico. In a strategic position, where time seems to pass slowly, the structure gives the possibility, with short trips, to visit and enjoy the beauty of the typical medieval villages such as Montescudaio, Casale Marittimo, Querceto renowned for their history and traditions. The Borgo was designed with the aim of respecting the surrounding natural environment, trying to preserve the spontaneous vegetation of the area to preserve secular olive trees, oaks and maritime pines. It has large spaces in which to relax, a restaurant where you can taste typical fish and meat dishes according to the Tuscan tradition accompanied by excellent local wines and buy home-made wine and oil; the Borgo has: - Reception - Wi fi at the reception - Bar - Restaurant - Pizzeria - market with basic necessities - 3 swimming pools (open from 20/05 to 30/09 and from 24/06 to 02/09) - Equipped gym - soccer field - Petanque field - Ping Pong tables - Equipped area for children in the shade of the pine forest - Parking - Paid launderette The structure consists of about 70 apartments, well-kept and functional, located on the ground floor immersed in the greenery of a 15-hectare park, distributed in villas of up to four units, which can be accessed via pretty tree-lined avenues and silent paths that wind between oleander and rosemary bushes. They are equipped with: - Kitchenette with 4 burners - Oven - Refrigerator - Bathroom with shower - Covered terrace furnished with outdoor table and chairs - Located on the ground floor Your four-legged friends are welcome, a supplement of €6 per day is required for cleaning the apartment Included in the fees you will find: - Consumption of electricity, water and gas - First supply of bed linen - I use wi fi in the common areas ( reception ) - Use of swimming pools - Final cleaning of the apartment Additional services on request to be paid locally (request when booking): - Extra bed linen €8 per person per change - Bath towels € 8 per person per change - Camping cot for children € 25 per week - Extra bed on request € 80 per week - Pets € 6 per day for apartment cleaning - Additional apartment cleaning € 35 per week - I use heating
