The complex is equipped with: -two swimming pools with showers and bathrooms equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas for adults and children -free Wi-Fi in common areas - reception - bar - restaurant/pizzeria - barbecue area - shared laundry area (€4 per token) - playground - free parking Charming two-bedroom apartments, furnished in a simple and functional manner, are equipped with all the comforts and a private outdoor space on the ground floor or a balcony on the first floor. They include: - kitchenette equipped with dishes (no supply of tablecloths, soaps, and sponges) - refrigerator - TV - clothesline - supply of bed and bath linen - small courtesy kit for the bathroom upon arrival - fan (free, upon request at booking) - outdoor space equipped with tables and chairs Your four-legged friends are welcome; a supplement of €6 per day for cleaning is required (up to a maximum of €30 for the entire stay). Surrounded by a fabulous pine forest and just a few steps from the pool, by booking at our restaurant you can savour the delicious products of the Tuscan culinary tradition. Residence Paradiso is the ideal destination for those seeking the utmost peace and relaxation in contact with nature, while being just a few kilometers from the city and numerous attractions such as Acquavillage or Cavallino Matto. Thanks to its strategic location, the residence can be the starting point for numerous trips in Tuscany to discover the main cities and the renowned wineries in the area. We like it because, included in the rates: - electricity, water, gas, bed and bath linen with weekly change, use of the pool and common areas, wi-fi in common areas, parking, and final cleaning excluding the kitchenette.
