A charming three-room apartment located on the lake shore and in the center of the old village Mandello del Lario. It is a freshly renovated and full equipped apartment corresponding with unique lake style . Our home has a lake view bedroom and from other rooms you can see a beautiful view to the square of the village and mountains. It has three spacious rooms with a lot of natural light, a kitchen and a bathroom. The accommodation has a prime location, it is located on the first line of the lake shore houses and between the narrow streets of the old village, it is less then 5 minutes walk to the railway station and near the apartment there are plenty of cafes, restaurants and grocery shops. It is 3 minutes walking to the main park with a public beach called Lido. The apartment is located in a pedestrian area therefore it is a very quiet area where you can relax listening to the symphony of waves and admiring the beautiful scenery that Lake Como offers and that makes it a unique place. ::: Un grazioso trilocale situato sulla riva del Lago di Como e proprio nel centro del vecchio borgo di Mandello del Lario. Il Riva Azzurra Apartment presenta due camere da letto, una cucina completamente attrezzata, un bagno e un soggiorno con divano letto a due posti e televisione. Le due camere e il soggiorno sono ambienti spaziosi e luminosi che godono di una vista del lago, delle montagne e della piazzetta centrale del paese. L' appartamento ha una posizione privilegiata: si trova in una zona pedonale sulla prima linea di case in riva al lago, un luogo tranquillo e perfetto per rilassarsi ascoltando il dolce suono delle onde sulla riva; inoltre la posizione e molto comoda perche' si trova a 2 minuti dalla piazza dell' imbarcadero, a meno di 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Mandello. A pochi metri si possono trovare bar, ristoranti e negozi di alimentari e dista 3 minuti a piedi dal parco principale e dal lido comunale.
