Delightful villa, very comfortable, in a very quiet and cool area, in Mazara del Vallo, just 650m from the sea, and 1.5km from the historic center. Ideal for 6/8 people, just 650m from the beach, both free and with lido, bars and tobacconists (Lido Kikis). 10m x 3m swimming pool with whirlpool, large barbecue area. Pizzeria restaurant 250m away. Supermarket at 300m. Wifi, sheets and towels included. Very close to all services, and very well maintained. A real gem. The villa consists of 3 bedrooms (with air conditioning), 2 bathrooms, living room with sofa bed and TV, full kitchen with fridge, oven and dishwasher, 2 verandas with table, chairs and armchairs, courtyard with barbecue, up to 4 seats. car, 2 gardens (one in front and one in the back) for a total of 1200sqm. The entire villa, including gardens and courtyard, is entirely for the use of guests. Our strength lies in the total support to our guests, we do not live in the area, but we will never make you feel alone, either for a road indication or for the need for a doctor; a reservation at the restaurant, or a simple advice, we will always be available.
