Modica Included in 2002 with the Val di Noto in the UNESCO World Heritage List for its historical centre rich in Baroque architecture, Modica is world famous for its chocolate. The house is located in Modica Alta in a small street where it is not possible to arrive by car. The view from its balcony is breathtaking. The house is well distributed, a single level with two bedrooms and a large living room with a 120 cm sofa bed and a kitchen. Ideal for families. The house offers; a bedroom with a double bed equipped with hot and cold air conditioning, a bedroom with two single beds and a living room with a 120cm wide sofa bed (a single pouf bed can be added if required). The TV in the living room is a smart TV so you can watch NETFLIX or PRIMEVIDEO. The kitchen is equipped with everything including an additional freezer compartment. Access to the house is private at street level giving us direct access to the kitchen. Ultra fast WI-Fi is available throughout the house. The house does not currently have a washing machine. Before your arrival and during your stay I will always be available. Pre-arrival requests such as the possibility to find basic necessities must always be requested at least two days in advance. communication will always be either via app or messaging. The house is located in Modica Alta, where you can admire the famous church of San Giorgio. A UNESCO country, famous for its baroque and its chocolate. Modica is also called the town of 100 churches. The house is in a narrow street in the centre of Modica Alta, you are not allowed to arrive by car in front of the house unless you have a very small car like a Smart car. We advise you not to drive down Via Nativo but to leave your car on the main street, the distance from the entrance to the street to the house is about 150 metres, the road has only a very small uphill section.
