If this is not supported, they must be paid to the host upon arrival. The house is located near the small church of Alica, the oldest in the area built in the tenth century. Of the same period is the convent complex above, while the house was built in 1225 to give hospitality to the prior of the convent and until 30 years ago it was the home of the priest of Alica. It is about 100 meters from the main residence, where there is a garden and a swimming pool. From a staircase on the road leading to the church you have access to the large terrace of the house, equipped with a table, chairs and umbrella to allow guests to stay there. From here you enter a finely frescoed hall. On one side there is the dining room, adjacent to the kitchen, on the same floor there are 2 double bedrooms with bathroom and with windows from which you can enjoy a beautiful panorama of the most authentic Tuscany. Upstairs there is a double bedroom and another smaller bedroom with 2 beds. These two rooms have air conditioning and share a third bathroom. The bathrooms are all finished with very high quality artisanal production tiles. Parking is 100 meters away: at the same distance there is a public car park which enjoys the shading given by the plants. the
