Just 50 meters from Via Vittorio Emanuele, the main street of the ancient city, the accommodation is in a really strategic location to quickly walk to every corner of the historic center.
The space
THE LOCATION
The accommodation is a stone's throw from the ancient 'Cassaro' (today Via Vittorio Emanuele) and halfway between the Quattro Canti and the city's seafront.
The Quattro Canti, the heart of the historic center, are just a 5-minute walk away: from here all the main historical-artistic itineraries of the city that you can walk immersed in the streets and alleys of the center.
Walking the same very short distance of about a 5/6 minute walk from the accommodation, you can also reach the marina of Cala and enjoy the enchanting promenade of the city. From Cala you can relax at the new and modern Trapezoidal Pier, with its dancing fountain, or embark on the seafront of Foro Italico until you reach, in about twenty minutes on foot, the marina of Sant 'Erasmo and the Botanical Garden. Starting from your accommodation, therefore, not only will you immediately find yourself in the heart of the charm of the ancient city, but above all, thanks to its privileged location, you will really have the opportunity to quickly and comfortably walk to every site of the largest and richest historic center in Europe.

THE BUILDING
The accommodation is on the second floor of a building located on a cross street on Via Vittorio Emanuele. Despite the absence of an elevator, the internal staircase of the building, consisting of ramps interspersed with comfortable landings, is very easy and not very tiring.
THE VENUE: AMENITIES AND CLEANLINESS
Once you enter, the property presents itself as a single room with a balcony. The latter is furnished with chairs and an outdoor coffee table for your relaxing moments. The room is equipped with: A/C heat pump for cooling and heating; WiFi Ultra-fast Fiber; Smart TV 45". The accommodation also has a water cistern to cope with any water emergencies. Cleaning the place, in addition to the ordinary, involves sanitizing the environment through ozonation.

THE SLEEPING AREA
The original suspended canopy bed, with fluffy natural linen curtains, is equipped with a very comfortable 25cm high artisanal mattress (160x190) with pocket springs and memory foam layer. Sitting on the bed you will find two sets of towels consisting of: towel, face towel and shower towel. At the foot of the bed, a box with two extra pillows inside (for the colder months, even a fireproof wool blanket) and, on the wall, a 45 "smart TV on boiserie.
THE DINING AREA
In the corner reserved for the dining area you can find a round table for two people with comfortable wicker armchairs and paintings by local artists. To complete the space, a comfortable niche where you can store your luggage or other items.
THE BATHROOM
The bathroom, for your exclusive use, has a shower, a hairdryer, a sink, a toilet and a comfortable hot/cold shower. The Oval Led Mirror has the self-sweeping function. You'll find toilet paper and shower mats. In order to avoid inconvenience, please use the trash can for any type of waste and only dispose of the toilet paper provided in the toilet.
BREAK CORNER
The break-corner is complete with everything you need and equipped with: coffee maker; kettle; microwave and under-top fridge. Under the sink: detergent, ironing board, and ironing board.
SAFETY
In order to ensure your safety and as required by current regulations, the property has a fire extinguisher and carbon monoxide sensor.
