In the charming bay of San Gregorio, a few steps from the sea, there is a beautiful three-room apartment on the first floor with a wonderful panoramic view of the bay. The accommodation has a large and comfortable private terrace on two sides, finely furnished with outdoor sofas and armchairs and equipped with a retractable awning, a comfortable wooden table and a beautiful outdoor shower with a laundry corner. This environment represents the fulcrum of the house, because being in a frontal position with respect to the sea and on the first floor it allows you to wander with the view of the bay being able to observe all the wonder of the sunsets of which the town is very famous. The house has a large air-conditioned living room with a comfortable sofa, TV and on the side a lovely fully equipped kitchen. There are two air-conditioned bedrooms, one triple with a double bed and a single pull-out bed and a second bedroom with a bunk bed and an additional pull-out bed; finally, there are two brand new bathrooms, one complete with shower box and a second bathroom, blind, complete but without shower. The apartment is located just a few steps from the sea and restaurants, tobacconists and markets. The bay renowned for its spectacular sunsets is easily accessible on foot, furthermore the large square, delightfully renovated, becomes a meeting point for many teenagers, boys/girls and children where you can spend pleasant summer evenings enjoying the suggestive surrounding panorama. It should be noted that the entrance to the sea in the bay has been made more accessible thanks to the comfortable wooden platform that allows access. Here you can also rent umbrellas and sun loungers. About 700 meters away is the beautiful beach of Felloniche. It should be noted that in a few minutes by car you can easily reach the other places in Salento, as the San Gregorio Bay has a strategic position being close to the coast road that connects the most extreme point of Santa Maria di Leuca to the famous beaches of the Maldives of Salento.
