Located in the Residence "La Mimosa" with pool, close to the Lake, the beach and the city centre, a ground-floor apartment for a family or group holiday up to 6 people. The apartment, provided with free Wi-Fi, welcomes guests onto the bright living room with a comfortable sofa bed for 2, flat-screen TV, dining table with chairs, fully equipped kitchen with cooker hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, juicer, coffee machine and toaster. The living room leads to the private covered patio through French doors, equipped with a dining table with chairs with a nice view over the garden and pool. This apartment, provided with air-conditioning in the 2 bedrooms, continues with the bathroom with shower, wash basin, bidet, WC and washing machine. Guests benefit of the master bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe, while the second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds and a wardrobe. Guests will benefit from a covered parking slot inside the property. *La Mimosa enjoys a nice shared 16x7 meters pool, available from April 15th to October 15th. *Pets are welcome upon request with a small extra cost. *Cot and high chair available upon request, at an extra cost of 35€ per stay, per item. *Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. Peschiera del Garda is the Italian lakeside city for excellence, also called "the fortified city" due to the presence of its military fortress, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2017. The historical evidence of the city can be admired starting from the entrance to the historic center , the "Porta Verona", to continue towards the Museum of the Historic Building, with frescoes dating back to 900. Peschiera also offers wonderful beaches and amusement parks such as the famous "Gardaland", easily reachable in 20 minutes by shuttle from the train station of Peschiera, otherwise in just 10 minutes by car. The airport of Verona can be reached with a 10-minute drive.
