Residence Nautic is an apartment complex with swimming pool. Set on Rimini's San Giuliano seafront, it is close to the new harbour and 50 metres from sandy beaches. Residence Nautic provides self-catering apartments, all with 20-inch satellite television. Shops, bars, clubs and restaurants are also located close to Residence Nautic. Buses leave from nearby for a variety of destinations, including San Leo, San Marino and well-known theme parks. Discounts apply for weekly stays.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Residence Nautic in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of EUR 20 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Parking is 200 metres away and is available from 15 May until 15 September.
