Just 100 meters from the Re di Roma metro station, the apartment is an ideal spot for families, groups of friends, couples, or individuals looking for modern style, comfortable bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen with the latest appliances – all conveniently located near the metro for easy exploration of Rome's wonders. The space
Before starting the visit of my modern apartment, I would like to ensure you are aware of the following important information:
1. The cleaning fee of €75 is not included in the agoda rental price. It should be paid upon check-in directly to the co-host who will prepare everything for your stay.
2. Check-in ends at 9:00 PM. After this time, it will still be possible to check-in by paying an additional fee of €25 to the person who will warmly welcome you in the evening.

ENTRANCE
You will be greeted in a bright and inviting space. A large window offers a panoramic view of the city, while on the other side, a modern open-space living room harmoniously integrates with a kitchen island.
OPEN-SPACE LIVING ROOM WITH KITCHEN ISLAND
A modern and impeccable central space awaits you. The kitchen island is equipped with induction hobs, an oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, dishwasher, and ample workspace, perfect for preparing delicious meals. Two large windows provide a breathtaking view of the Eternal City, offering an exclusive panorama of St. Peter's Dome, the Basilica of St. John Lateran, the monuments of Piazza Venezia, and the bell tower of Santa Maria Maggiore. You can also admire the sunset over the rooftops of Rome from this perspective! A comfortable sofa and a 55-inch OLED TV complete the living area, while in the background, an elegant glass table awaits unforgettable dinners with company!
BATHROOM ONE
A haven of well-being in modern style. The spacious bathtub invites you to moments of absolute relaxation, while soft LED lights allow you to create relaxing atmospheres. The suspended furnishings and fixtures add a touch of design and practicality, creating an airy and sophisticated ambiance.
BEDROOM ONE
The first bedroom, spacious and elegant, offers an enchanting view over the rooftops of Rome. The double bed, adorned with soft sheets and featuring a comfortable memory foam mattress, is meticulously arranged to be the perfect retreat after a day of exploration. The modern and functional furnishings include a convenient wardrobe providing ample space to store your clothes and travel accessories, keeping them tidy and easily accessible. The suspended bedside tables on either side of the bed add a contemporary and practical touch, ideal for keeping books, smartphones, or any personal items you may need before falling asleep within reach.
BEDROOM TWO
An oasis of comfort and modernity. This bright space features a French double bed (140 cm) and a private balcony offering a lovely view of the city. The bathroom is seamlessly integrated into the space with a fully transparent design shower that combines functionality with modern aesthetics. The suspended furnishings and fixtures add a touch of design and practicality, creating an airy and sophisticated ambiance.
