Wonderful apartment on the mezzanine floor of a recently restored building in a quiet and peaceful street of Ostia Centro, located 100 meters away from the “Ostia Centro” subway station and just 500 meters away from the beach. All around the apartment and easily reachable on foot, you can find a multitude of stores, ice cream parlors, restaurants, banks and services of all kind, such as pharmacies, supermarkets, pedestrian areas, as well as the Church of S. Maria Regina Pacis.The hallway leads to a beautiful and spacious multifunctioning living room charmingly decorated, facing the open kitchen complete with all the necessary equipment. The apartment includes a wide and refined bedroom with a king-size bed, a laundry space with washing machine and the main bathroom with an oversize shower cabinet. From the living room, a wooden staircase leads down to a bright and airy loft equipped with 4 windows and one French door, two twin beds, a complete bathroom, a closet and a dresser. Both from the loft and the upstairs living room it is possible to access the verdant garden complete with table, chairs, BBQ, outside shower and umbrella. The apartment is equipped with Inverter air conditioning units, independent heating system and fans.
In the apartment Are available 2 very good bicycles for rent, at price of 5euro each per day( nearly half price of normal rent outside) previous 150euro deposit , totally returned if no damages or loss.

Please be noted that the guest needs to pay for the deposit of 35 euros per day and it will depend on how many nights the guest stays at the apartment.
This deposit needs to be done during check-in time (mandatory).

The deposit will be given back to the guest if there is no incident happening during the length of the stay.
