You will enjoy a beautiful view from the condominium terrace from which a careful eye will be able to see every corner of Rome, starting from the Dome of St. Peter's to the very close Basilica of St. John Lateran.
The space
This Deluxe Double Room (25sqm) is located on the 7th floor in a building with a lift and comprises a spacious bedroom with a dining table, and 1 internal private bathroom with a comfortable shower, ideal for up to 2 people.
The air-conditioned unit also offers a flat-screen TV, an electric kettle, and a capsule coffee machine, with soundproof walls and windows to guarantee a comfortable stay.
We provide every guest with essential toiletries: hand soap, bath gel, shampoo, hair dryer, and towels.
The apartment is located in the city center of Rome, in a well-connected area, within a few minutes you can easily reach the Colosseum and the old city center with public transport. There are two Metro Lines nearby (Line C - Lodi, Line A - San Giovanni), reachable in a few minutes walk. A bus stop just downstairs from which can take you directly to Termini Train Stations in only 10 minutes. A tram hub which is 400 meters away brings you even more options for exploring the eternal city.
Guest access
All spaces in the Deluxe Room are exclusively for guest's use. The only area in common is the entrance.

1) Check-in starts from 15:00, and check-out before 11:00.
2) No extra bed can be added.
