Near the Coliseum, with a private large terrace equipped.
In the city center, on the first floor of a building of the 1.800 near the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore and a 10-minute walk from the Coliseum.
The apartment offers the comfort and intimacy of a private home, it has:
1 double bedroom with a king size bed (180 cm wide) or 2 single beds;
1 bedroom with a double bed (137 cm);
living room with sofa bed;
kitchen equipped with utensils and crockery;
bathroom with shower;
large private terrace where you can dine or just relax and read a book after a day out in the city.
CHILDREN
There are two cots and two highs chairs suitable for children up to three years.
The flat is provided with free internet wifi 24h, fans, full furnished kitchen, laundry machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, linen, towels, independent heater, elevator.
CLEANING
The final cleaning is included in the price.
If you need it, you can book an extra cleaning service during your stay (not included in the price).
SELF CHECK-IN
Check-in is always treated and attentive, even when it comes to self check-in.
At your arrival you will not encounter the owner, but you will access the keys to the apartment through a numeric code.
We will provide you with all the necessary logistic information, including where to do the shopping, where to consume typical Roman dishes, the best ice cream, the market, where to spend an evening with friends or where to go for a special dinner, of all a bit.
We are available and we can be present if the guest needs it.
The access code will be communicated to you following the identification and payment of the Rome Tourism Tax.
CHECK-OUT
The check-out is before 10:00 am.
