Located in the heart of the Etruscan Coast, this complex offers the opportunity to experience a vacation marked by tranquility as well as entertainment. There's a cycling and pedestrian path that provides safe access to neighboring towns, various services, and natural attractions. The complex follows the "all-inclusive" formula, offering numerous services and activities for families: - swimming pool area for adults (depth 140 cm) and children (depth 0-80 cm) with a sunbathing area equipped with umbrellas, deck chairs, and loungers. The use of swim caps is mandatory - a replica of a sandy beach equipped with loungers and umbrellas by the poolside - mini club for children aged 4-12 (in the morning and afternoon) from June 1st to September 7th, with a dedicated playroom - day and evening entertainment (until 11:30 PM) for both adults and children from June 1st to September 7th, featuring an amphitheatre and stage for shows - archery area - playground - table tennis and foosball - paddle tennis court, mini-basketball, and mini-soccer - fitness Area - beach volleyball court - dog pool corner, a fenced area of 200 sqm next to the pool, equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers, nestled in greenery - fenced dog park area of 250 sqm, where you can also wash your dog - bar and refreshment point serving typical Tuscan cuisine for breakfast, snacks, and dinners with outdoor seating or takeaway options - reserved covered parking (one space per apartment) - barbecue area with grills and pizza oven, equipped with tables and chairs - bicycle rental - laundry/ironing room - electric car charging station Your four-legged friends are welcome with an additional fee, payable on-site, and they will be admitted only upon request and subject to the availability of apartments with fenced gardens. The facility is pet-friendly with specific dedicated areas and apartments with fenced gardens (to be requested before booking). Possibility of agreements with trainers and dog sitters. Apartments are located on the ground floor with a garden, comfortable and surrounded by green gardens. They feature: - independent entrance - exclusive delimited garden (some are fenced, upon request) equipped with a table and chairs - covered veranda - air conditioning - free Wi-Fi - satellite TV - safe - kitchen equipped with a microwave, fridge with separate freezer, some with a dishwasher - clothes drying rack - bathrooms with showers We like it because it includes in the fees: - Electricity/water and gas consumption, air conditioning, final cleaning (kitchenette cleaning is the responsibility of the guest; otherwise, a charge of €20 will apply). - Bed/bath linen with weekly change. - Private parking with a canopy (1 parking space per apartment). Mandatory costs to be paid on-site: - Mandatory tourist tax according to municipal regulations. - €100 security deposit per apartment. Optional costs available upon request and payable on-site: - Pets: €7 per day in periods A/B, €10 per day in periods C/D, €15 per day in period E, to be requested before booking. - Baby crib (0-2 years): €6 per day (to be requested when booking). - Bicycle rental: €30 per week or €15 for 3 days. - Use of washing machine and dryer: €5 per token. - Paddle tennis court: daytime €10 for 2 persons, €20 for 4 persons; evening €15 for 2 persons, €30 for 4 persons. - Swimming pool cap: €2.
