Apartment with balcony inside a residential complex with shared swimming pools and large green spaces, located in Sirmione. The apartment is located on the ground floor, and welcomes guests with a living room furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed, dining table with chairs, TV and an open kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, juicer and American coffee machine; through a French window it is possible to access the private balcony with outdoor table and chairs, overlooking the garden of the residential complex. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable queen-size bed and a wardrobe. The second bedroom consists of a bunk bed with an attached wardrobe. The layout of the apartment is completed by the bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC and washing machine. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Guests will benefit from an outdoor parking slot inside the property. The shared swimming pools are open from the 1st of May to the 30th of September. A swimming cap could be required. *Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. For cycling lovers, we suggest taking part in the itinerary to discover Lugana Wine, cycling through the vineyards. Surrounded by the plants of a suggestive park, the spa offers everything tourists need to regenerate and regain serenity and well-being, thanks to the curative sulphurous waters that flow warm from the bottom of the lake. Not to be missed is also Villa Callas, a residence that hosts musical events, and the wonderful beaches such as Lido delle Bionde or Jamaica beach. The flat is about 15 minutes by car from the Desenzano and Peschiera train stations and about 30 minutes from Verona's 'Valerio Catullo' airport.
