The Residence is equipped with a brand new Spa where you can take advantage of numerous treatments dedicated to your well-being: Finnish sauna with chromotherapy, Turkish bath, Jacuzzi and massage service. There is a laundry room in San Quirico (about 4 km away). At the residence's reception, upon reservation, you can also plan numerous activities such as walks, guided bike tours and trekking to immerse yourself in the beauty of nature, the Tufa area or the ancient settlements of the Tuscan Maremma. We like it because it includes in the fees: - consumption of electricity, water, gas, bed and bath linen with weekly rearrangement, use of swimming pool and common areas, cable internet connection, final cleaning (kitchenette and rubbish disposal to be provided by the customer or extra charge of € 30) and parking Mandatory costs to be paid on-site: - tourist tax: varies depending on the period, mandatory according to municipal regulations.
