The Villa is a perfect choice for those who wish to visit Sicily or spend a few days to relax between the beach , the sea and nature from a unique panorama. OUTSIDE You arrive at the Villa by a private road of 200 meters which overlooks the National Road Taormina Mare. The villa has a large partially shaded terrace which can park 10 cars. The vegetation of the park of the Villa is constituted by big trees (pines) and Mediterranean flowers. The park is about 1 hectare with a unique view of the bay, the sea, the Ionian coast and Calabria from 2 circular terraces from where you can relax or have an aperitif. The garden furniture includes many armchairs, lounge chairs and parasols for perfect relaxation. Behind the house there is a barbecue area with wood available and even a pizza oven. INSIDE The Villa is located to the north and protects by a rock on the south side. The covered veranda with sea view is always protected from sun rays and so the house is always cool even in summer. The Villa is about 240 m2 without the veranda. Inside a long corridor gives access to all rooms. There are 4 bedrooms (3 double beds, 1 single bed and a bedroom with a sofa bed for one or two) for a total of 9 guests. One bathroom and a shower room One large living room dining room furnished in the style of the 60s with a fireplace. One modern fully equipped kitchen. Wifi Internet connection is available in the house and in the veranda.
