Top floor apartment in a 2 floors building. The apartment has a living room with a kitchenette, bedroom with a single bunk bed, a double room, a bathroom and a balcony. The kitchenette and the double room were furnished in 2017. In the apartment we have a dishwasher, a washing machine and a flat screen tv. The balcony has awnings and a sea-view which is 250 meters away. Methane gas boiler.
For every necessity I’m always free, if not in person then through my collaborators.
The area around the apartment is a residential area, inhabited mostly during the summer period. The city center is only 5 minutes away by car or a wonderful 30 minute long walk along the seaside. Right behind the building there is a shopping center with a well-stocked supermarket. Quick access to both Via Appia and Pontina. Rome is 109 km away, while Naples is 166 km. Terracina has a great public transport system that lets you reach the train station of Monte San Biagio or Latina, where there are the trains for Rome and Naples.
The bus station for the city center, the harbor and the bus station is only 20 meters away from the building. Very big free parking area near the Conad supermarket or at paiement on the street.
