- we propose to you our apartment embracing the whole ground floor (95 m2)
- we live on the 1st floor

The apartment has 3 big rooms :
- a kitchen & living room
- an entry & TV corner
- a bedroom
and for sure dedicated toilets & bathroom.

The minute we saw Casale Santa Barbara, it was love at the first sight. An old Tuscan house from the 19th century built with warm-colored stones, human sized (250 m2) and with adorable view on the surrounding hills. The villa was renovated in 2014 by the previous owners with great taste, respecting the Tuscan style, creating a warm & charming atmosphere. Not to mention the fireplace for your romantic moments.

We have been travelling the world over the last 3 decades. And had the chance to discover the Val d'Orcia in Tuscany 15 years ago. We fell in love and came back several times every year, developing a strong relation with the region & the people here.

Step by step, we imagined to live here ... Finally in 2020, we manage to make our dream come true.

Now on the other side of the mirror, as hosts, we would be pleased to share with you our Val d'Orcia experience and make it a unique moment for you.

Casale Santa Barbara is idealy positioned : right in the middle between Montepulciano (10,5 km) and Pienza (8,5 km).
It is the perfect door to the UNESCO world heritage site Val d'Orcia.
Last but not least, it is only 100 meters gravel road far from SP15 (Strada Provinciale), yet a "hidden" place.
