Villa is an old farmhouse recently restored and furnished with great care Immersed in a natural park, the villa has its own private entrance which is accessed by a private entrance through the woods until you get to a large patio where you can eat outside during the summer. The villa is located a few hundred meters from the other villa which is nestled inside a private nature reserve of 80 hectares where the customer of the villa can go for leisurely walks in the countryside to enjoy nature and animals. Today we are an organic farmhouse, we produce olive oil and vegetables. It’s divided into 2 portions and there is an internet wi-fi in all the villa. In the 1st portion, on the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a beautiful fireplace that frames the environment and makes it cozy and comfortable, next door there is a large dining room; both environments are very bright thanks to the huge windows from which you can admire the garden and private wood. Also on the ground floor a beautiful kitchen with stone walls and two windows overlooking the garden, a guest bathroom, and a large closet. Charming loft on the second floor, a second living room; down the hall a spacious and elegant master bedroom with attached bathroom and terrace pocket sunbathing, continuing along the corridor is the second master bedroom with bathroom in front and finally, the third smaller bedroom furnished with a bed for one and a half. In the second portion there is a living room with a fireplace, the dining room, the kitchen fully equipped, one bedroom with 3 single beds and 2 bathrooms, on the 1st floor there is 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The pool which is in front of the house is private and the wifi is free and It is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.
