The Ca Del Capitano is the largest apartment of a set of 3 that are all in the same building. Restored completely in 2016 it has been furnished with pure Made in Italy furniture and top quality devices. It has 3 double bedrooms, of which two can be transformed in twin bedroom, a single bedroom and it can be arranged with another 2 folding beds in one of the living area. Baby cot and high chair are provided on demand and included in the price. The apartment has 2 full bathrooms and also a half bathroom in the attic double bedroom. The most important part of the house is the terrace which is 75msq large and furnished with sofas and plants. This exceptionally large extra living room is unique in Venice as it is possibly the largest terrace available in an apartment for self-catering and not part of any public space or Museum. The apartment is very bright with lots of windows facing the Venetian roofs and the terrace. Air-conditioning is provided by a new central system independent for every apartment.

Arrivals between 08:00 PM and 12:00 AM are subject to a late check in fee.
