The Residence is located 6 kilometers from the coast of Vieste, close to the sea and National Park of Gargano. For families and groups who would like to spend their holiday full of freedom, relaxation and entertainment, this residence promises to be the concrete realization of your careless summer holiday! The complex has 53 accommodations, of which 49 are private mini-villas, scattered among a huge garden rich in flowers and greenery. Facilities of the resort include a large swimming pool for adults along with one for children, a restaurant that allows you to choose between tasty seafood specialties and the typical cuisine of Puglia, and a pizzeria. The bar, with the tranquility of its terrace, provides the ideal setting for relaxing moments. Inside the residence guests can also use the tennis court, miniature golf course, table tennis table and child playground. Also at guests' disposal is a wide parking area, an outdoor cinema and a private beach which is accessible by a shuttle service. Furthermore, the residence offers guests tasting evenings as well as entertainment for both young and old.

These 3-room brick houses are only located on the ground floor and, with an area of approximately 32 sq m, can accommodate 3/4 persons. They have a living room with a fully-equipped kitchenette (gas oven and gas stove, Italian coffee maker, kettle, fridge with freezer), TV and safe. One of the two bedrooms is furnished with a double bed, the other has a single bed but offers the possibility to add an extra bed. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower, toilet, sink and bidet. Each villa has a private terrace and a private garden complete with garden furniture. The complex offers 1 single barbecue for every two villas (to use in common).
