Constructed with yellow stone, limestone and white Sicilian marble, the building is typically Mediterranean, fluid in its shape and comfortable in its spaces. Guests can enjoy a range of regional cuisine and Sicilian wine in a variety of locations, including in the garden next to the hotel’s swimming-pool.The hotel will also be happy to host conventions and meetings in its conference rooms of varying size.

　　The hotel has 3 elegant restaurants: The Pineta Bar Restaurant, located in the garden next to the swimming pool, where you can enjoy a relaxing lunch and dinner in the summer months; the Sala Zeus Restaurant, last renovated 2006 and located on the ground floor; and the Sala Concordia Restaurant, located on the first floor of the hotel. All restaurants serve regional (Sicilian) food and fine Sicilian wine. A rich buffet breakfast is included in the room rate and is served from 07:00 to 10:00. Half-board rates exclude drinks. Dinner is served from 19:30 to 21:30. Lunch is from 12:30 to 14:30.
