Residence S'incantu of Villasimius is comprised of various buildings grouped around a large free-form swimming pool. Located on the southeastern tip of Sardinia, it is 600 metres from Campulongu Beach. The apartments are set in terraced houses connected by traditional Sardinian arcades. The apartments on the ground floor come with a patio, the ones on the first floor feature a balcony. Each apartment comes with a kitchenette, a satellite TV, and a private bathroom with shower. Free Wi-Fi is available in communal areas and free parking is provided. S'incantu Residence is part of the Club It group and is 2 km from the centre of Villasimius.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. If you expect to arrive outside check-in hours, please inform the property in advance. In the event of early departure, the entire amount of the booked stay will be charged.
