The house is licensed by the Malta Tourism Authority and it bears License no. HTI/G/0331. The house is located in the quietest part of Gharb, known as Birbuba. Surrounded by fields, this property has an 800 sq. meter footprint. No expense was spared to make this a truly unique property.Large apertures surrounding all the house boasting amazing country views. Peace and quiet perfect for a getaway. Large outdoor and indoor spaces.The house is built on three floors. At ground floor level, all the rooms are built and overlook a courtyard which in turn leads to the pool area, bbq area and garden. All rooms are bright and airy..The rooms on the ground level are the kitchen which also enjoys a breakfast top, and a 60 sq. meter mill room which has been converted into a large family room. A guest bathroom is also located on this level. Three bedrooms, two doubles and one single, all have their own bathroom are located on the first floor. The third floor is currently not in use.The pool is a 60sq. meter pool, 5m by 12m. It was designed with the litttle ones in mind. The first 1.5m are only 35 cm deep so parents can sit down whilst either hold or watch their little ones at play. Then it gradually proceeds to a 2.2m depth. Some lapping can also be enjoyed. Deck area is large on both sides of the pool. Deck chairs and umbrellas will be in place during the summer months as from June as well as a bbq and garden furniture. The deck area and garden area enjoy the sun from sunrise up to late afternoon in summer. In fact one can enjoy the sunrise from various spots around the house.The house is well equipped with fans in summer and gas heaters in winter. Air conditioning is available in the three bedrooms, however this is not free of charge. There is a coin meter regulating its use.
