The apartment is located 500 metres from tram stop Rhijnvis Feithstraat, with a direct line to Central Station. The living room features a view of the canal and a flat-screen TV. The bedroom has large windows and a small flat-screen TV. The modern bathroom comes with a shower and large sink. The kitchenette comes with a fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle. Coffee pads and tea bags are provided. Guests can also choose from a variety of restaurants that are within walking distance of the apartment. The Museum District and the Leidseplein entertainment area are both located on a 20-minute stroll from Canaliscious.

Please note that a deposit of EUR 250 must be paid cash upon arrival. It will be returned in cash at check out. The property is located on the 4th floor in a building with no elevator. We only accept bookings from guests 24 years of age and older, if bookings are made that are not in compliance to this we have the right to cancel the booking. If the neighbors or members of the team find out smoking has occurred within the property a fine will be charged.
