This is an apartment in the romantic tower of an estate situated near Perugia, Umbria. It has been restored using traditional stone and wood. It has a pool and a view only imaginable in a dream. In a beautiful lush green and mountainous landscape adorned by sunflowers and olive trees, this family has created six wonderful accommodations on their stunning property. The old 18th century farmhouse situated atop a hill is surrounded by flowered fields and woods. The 15-hectare site is completely fenced and has a large remote controlled gate. Due to the altitude of the estate each accommodation has a wonderful view. Guests of Caldaruccio will enjoy a tranquil environment with all the ingredients for an unforgettable holiday. Here you can swim, relax in the sun or in the big hammock in the garden, barbecue, go hiking, bicycling or ... do nothing of course! For dinner or an aperitif you can visit restaurants in nearby villages like Ramazzano which is about 700 meters from the estate. This village also has a supermarket and bakery. Directly from the estate you can choose from a number of trails that lead through the countryside, hills and woods of Umbria. Feel free to ask the owners for tips on sites in the area. They will be happy to advise you!

In the tower of the farmhouse, a beautiful spacious suite for two (2 adults plus 2 children) has been constructed. This studio has a double bed, a fireplace and a balcony which overlooks the valley. There is a simple kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, 2-burner stove and oven plus sufficient crockery and utensils. It has a bathroom with a bath and shower. Guests of the Toretta apartment have unrestricted use of the pool and garden.

Beautiful cultural cities, both in Umbria and Tuscany, are within easy reach while water sports are possible on Lake Trasimeno, only half an hour’s drive away. This is an ideal place for equestrians as well as hiking and mountain biking enthusiasts.
