A four-person, two-room apartment on the second floor with a parking space in the underground garage.
Brand new, fully equipped and comfortable apartment in a newly built, 24h guarded block in the new housing estate "Zajezdnia Wrzeszcz".
Fully equipped apartment (2020) on the 2nd floor of a 7-story block / apartment building. As a standard, it is designed for 4 people, but for larger families (2 + 3) who want to accommodate together a comfortable extra bed is provided.
Small pets up to (10 kg) are welcome.
The apartment from the inside of the building, the window overlooks the courtyard with greenery and a small playground. The intimate location makes the apartment very quiet and no sounds of the day can be heard from the outside. There is sunshine only for a few hours around noon, which means that after a day spent on the beach, we can relax on the shaded balcony. There are two coded entrances to the building, the main one and the more comfortable rear one. 24-hour reception / security.
The area of ​​the apartment is 40 m2, which consists of a living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom and a large balcony. The apartment is finished to a higher standard. The space is maximally used and developed with a large number of cabinets, drawers and built-in space to size. The wardrobes will accommodate every thing or a large suitcase and will allow you to unpack comfortably during your stay.
The whole estate with lots of greenery, benches, clean and tidy.
Equipment:
Bedroom: double bed 140 cm (medium hard mattress H3 / H4), cabinets and bedside lamps. A very large wardrobe with drawers and shelves. Window with blackout curtains. An additional blanket is provided. Linen provided.
Living room: a fold-out sofa for two people, a very large chest of drawers at your disposal, 42 ”TV, wide-opening exit to the balcony. Blackout curtains.
Balcony: balcony about 6 sqm, balcony furniture (table and two chairs), ashtray.
Kitchenette: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pans, pots, necessary utensils and cutlery, household chemicals and basic spices. Lots of cupboards and shelves.
Dining area: table and chairs for 4 people.
Bathroom: washing machine, rain shower, large space in cabinets, hair dryer, hand soap, toilet paper for the entire stay. Towels provided.
Ironing and drying: ironing board and iron, and a fold-out dryer for washing or drying towels.
Cleanliness: vacuum cleaner, mop, bucket, dustpan and brush.
Baby cot: foldable baby cot available for a fee - reservation required.
Elevator: elevator in the block / staircase.
Parking: parking space in the underground garage - reservation required.
Bicycles: possibility of using city-type bicycles for a fee - reservation required.
Gym: next to the back entrance to the block on the ground floor, a new, well-equipped gym - free of charge.
Children's playroom: at the rear entrance, next to the gym, there is a hall, and two more free playrooms for children on the estate.
Playgrounds: in the courtyard, which can be seen from the windows of the apartment, there is a playground, and next to the neighboring buildings, there are other playgrounds for children, each different.
Instructions and information: in the apartment there is always at hand instructions / regulations of the premises, which contain all important and necessary information to know what and how to use and where what is: from the entrance codes, parking space number, instructions on how to enter the gym or a playroom. Everything in one place so that everything is clear without asking or translating.
Location: Gdańsk Wrzeszcz lower - on the border of Brzeźno and Przymorze districts in the new housing estate "Zajezdnia Wrzeszcz", which in terms of location is a great starting point for exploring the Tri-City. The estate is well communicated - excellent access from the motorway (A1 and S7), perfect location for bicycle trips and proximity to the beach - on foot. You don't have to use a car to have a great vacation. To the Gdańsk Wrzeszcz train station, depending on the time of day, from 5 to 20 minutes. To the airport, depending on the time of day, from 15 to 40 minutes.

an hour's walk, and 20 minutes by bike to Gdańsk Old Town (5.5 km)
over an hour's walk, and 25 minutes by bike to Sopot Pier
3 minutes (right next to the estate on Al. Hallera) to bus and tram stops to the center, stations, airports (transfer) or to the beach
at the Milenium park estate and a little further Ronald Reagan's Seaside Park with numerous attractions and space for spending free time
20 minutes to the seaside walking and cycling path stretching from Nowy Port to the end of Sopot
