On walking distance there are several shops among which a typical Portuguese snackbar, bakery and butcher. In the center of the picturesque fishing and seaside resort of Ericeira are numerous shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs. The villa is an ideal starting point for daytrips, beach and city visits, nature parks and golf. The golfcourses are never far from the coast and they are still friendly priced. Because of the mild climate this region is a fantastic destination in each season.
